God through the Bible declares, according to Roman by apostle Paul said, "FOR ALL[MEN] HAVE SINNED AND FALL SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD".
If men aren't saved by believing on God through Christ, the unbelieving will be damned eternally. The only way of escape is to come to Jesus and be saved.
