You’re not broke because there are no jobs.
You’re broke because you’ve convinced yourself that the only way to make money is by being employed.

Let me ask you a simple question:
If your employer called you today and said “We’re letting you go,” would you survive?

I’m not talking about surviving with rent arrears and begging relatives.
I mean would you eat? Would you pay your bills? Would you still have dignity?

Most people are not unemployed — they’re unskilled.

You know how to wake up early.
You know how to smile at meetings.
You know how to pretend to be busy for 8 hours.
But you don’t know how to survive outside the structure of a salary.

That’s the real problem.

We grew up thinking employment is the goal.
It’s not. It’s just one route — and for many, it’s a trap.

There are people who were fired 3 years ago and never recovered.
Why? Because they had no skill that could feed them.
They had titles, not tools.

If you can’t write, design, code, sell, edit, teach, analyze, fix, build, or run something on your own...
Then you’re not safe.

And deep down, you know it.

So instead of waking up every day to complain about Cameroon or the economy —
Ask yourself one thing:
“What can I do that someone will pay me for... even if I’m jobless?”

Until you have that answer, you’re not working — you’re waiting.

Thank so much in advance for your responses.
